Terms and Conditions

Classes run year-round with short breaks between terms/seasons. I offer term rates (usually between 4-6 weeks) and single class registrations. Please ensure you have completed and brought (or emailed) the attached health & waiver form. You will not be allowed to participate unless this is completed. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class. Please remember to respect the instructor and other participants and keep conversations to a minimum.

I do not offer make-ups for missed classes with less than 24 hours’ notice unless I cancel a class.  Make-up classes should be taken within the current term.  Special circumstances may prohibit the immediate rescheduling of a missed class and therefore make-ups will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  A cash/bank transfer refund will only be permitted if the participant backs out of the term before it starts or has a situation in which s/he cannot come back to classes for the unforeseeable future.

Water aerobics classes will be held in the rain, but not during thunderstorms/lightning. Classes will be canceled for severe weather, in which case the instructor will contact you via WhatsApp group. You may also call/text 704-7624 if you are unsure.

There will not be classes on public holidays unless specified.

For water aerobics, you will need a supportive swimsuit, a towel, and a bottle of water. I always recommend sun protection during daytime classes. Flotation belts and equipment are given out on a “first-come, first-serve” basis.

My land fitness classes, online or in-person, will require a challenging resistance band/dumbbells, exercise mat/towel, and water. Please label your personal equipment, as many people might have the same.

Please work out at your own pace. Do not compare yourself to other participants. Modifications will be given where possible. Slow down if you need to until you are able to rejoin the class. If you feel light-headed or faint, STOP exercising. If something hurts STOP doing the exercise and ask your instructor for modifications. Most important – make sure you have fun!

I, the undersigned participant in this exercise class, as a condition of my participation, hereby waive any and all claims I may have now or in the future against my instructor, Michelle Viera, and Fluid Fitness. National Sports Centre and its agents in connection with or arising out of my participation with this exercise class or any injury to myself related hereto, are not responsible for any injuries. I know that there may be risks associated with exercise classes and willingly accept those possibilities. I know that it is my responsibility to ensure my own safety. I take full responsibility for my own health and safety in participating in this exercise class and to the extent, I deem it advisable, will consult a physician before participating in this exercise class. I agree to pay all reasonable costs related to the class, including any medical costs I incur.


Apparel, gear, and fitness equipment can be returned for a full refund if unused and unworn up to 14 days after purchase.  Preorders cannot be returned unless there is a flaw in the item.
