Weekday Mid-Mornings

Cardio, core, and strength training all in an hour! This exercise is suitable for just about anyone and no swimming experience is needed.

Autumn Term 3 runs for 5 weeks(November 6th through December 9th) – exceptions are Sundays and Fridays, which are 4 weeks.

Registration is removed for the last week of the term.  Please use Single Class Registration to take the last class of the term.


We do have class in the rain, but not for 30 minutes after the last sign of thunder or lightning.  I will only cancel the class if the start times extend past 15 minutes of the original start time.  I do not give credit for absences due to weather unless I cancel.
