Cardio, core, and strength training all in an hour! This exercise suits many people, and no swimming experience is needed.
The Sunday classes are rotated between three instructors, Michelle, Jane, and Yves.
Spring Term 2 begins April 30th and finishes May 31st.
IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE REGISTERING – We will begin our class on April 30th at 10 a.m. Also, I am searching for an alternative location for May 21st (I am trying for Warwick Academy Pool.) If these changes negatively affect you, please sign up for the Single Classes as they become available on the website.
We do have class in the rain, but not for 30 minutes after the last sign of thunder or lightning. I will only cancel the class if the start times extend past 15 minutes of the original start time. I do not give credit for absences due to weather unless I cancel.
