Join me LIVE on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:15AM- 7:00AM, or do the recordings at your own convenience. 

In this class, we will work on cardio, strength, core and stretching.

You will need a set of challenging hand weights, a resistance band, an exercise mat.
