Land Fitness


Keeping fit with cardio and strength training is very important for gaining or maintaining muscles mass, bone density, weight management, and mental health. As well as water aerobics, I also instruct land fitness classes, online and in-person. These land classes will focus on using body weight and equipment to improve strength, and “choose your own impact” cardio to improve cardiovascular endurance and stamina.

For either my online fitness classes (offered via Zoom) or my small group outdoor training, you will need your own set of hand weights, resistance band, and exercise mat. I gear my classes towards all fitness abilities by offering modifications. After signing up for a class, I will ask for a health history and discuss injuries and abilities.

Online Fitness – Tuesdays and Thursdays via Zoom LIVE 6:15 a.m. – 7 a.m. or use the recordings. September 21-October 28th $100
WalkFit (ON HOLD) – Tuesdays and Thursdays at NSC Pavilion 9 a.m.- 9:45 a.m. 8-class punch card, buy as needed.
