Cardio, core, and strength training all in an hour! This exercise is suitable for just about anyone and no swimming experience is needed. Work at your own intensity and have fun!

Autumn Term 2 is October 9th through November 4th

Please choose to work in the Shallow or Deep End of the pool

If the class you want to register for is full, please fill in the Waitlist Form so that I can call you when a spot becomes available.

Registration is removed the last week of the term.  To sign up for the last class, please go to Single Class Registration.

We do have class in the rain, but not for 30 minutes after the last sign of thunder or lightning.  I will only cancel the class if the start times extend past 15 minutes of the original start time.  I do not give credit for absences due to weather unless I cancel.
