Early Mornings

Get your workout done early in the morning and enthusiastically start your day!  These ‘Fit in 45!’ classes are quick and effective – 45 minutes, and we’ll get in cardio, strength training, and core work!  These classes are taught in the deep tank of the pool, and I provide buoyancy belts to help you focus on your form and not try to stay afloat.

I do teach the class in the rain. However, for the early morning classes, I will cancel the class if there are thunderstorms/lightning in the forecast during our class time or by 5:45 a.m.

 

Autumn Term 3 runs for 5 weeks(November 6th through December 9th) – exceptions are Sundays and Fridays, which are 4 weeks.

Registration is removed for the last week of the term.  Please use Single Class Registration to take the last class of the term.
