What You Will Need:
Either hand weights or a resistance band (preferably something that will challenge you!) An exercise mat or towel to do groundwork.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15 - 7 a.m.
Saturdays 7:15 - 8 a.m.
All classes are recorded for future use.
Whether you are a beginner or intermediate level exerciser, I can help you work to your next level without injury.
