Wouldn’t it be great if you could get your strength training workout session or class to come to you? It can! By joining me online, take the stress out of getting to the gym or exercise class early in the morning! These 45-minute classes are a time-saver and effective! Sessions are LIVE on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:15 a.m. until 7 a.m. Do them with me in “real” time or later on your own by watching the recording!
$135 for 18 classes in May and June
(that’s $7.50 per class!)
What do you need for these classes?
- Dumbbells (two weights are recommended, a lighter weight for those smaller muscles that burn out quickly, and a heavier weight for those larger muscle groups- preferably something that will challenge you!!)
- An exercise mat
- Water bottle
- Small space to work in
We’ll occasionally use a wall or chair for the workouts. I’ll give enough notice so that you are ready in the morning or before you watch the video.
