

Wouldn’t it be great if you could get your strength training workout session or class to come to you? Â It can! Â By joining me online, take the stress out of getting to the gym or exercise class early in the morning! These 45-minute classes are a time-saver and effective! Sessions are LIVE on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:15 a.m. until 7 a.m. Do them with me in “real” time or later on your own by watching the recording!
$135 for 18 classes in May and June
(that’s $7.50 per class!)
What do you need for these classes?
- Dumbbells (two weights are recommended, a lighter weight for those smaller muscles that burn out quickly, and a heavier weight for those larger muscle groups- preferably something that will challenge you!!)
- An exercise mat
- Water bottle
- Small space to work in
We’ll occasionally use a wall or chair for the workouts. Â I’ll give enough notice so that you are ready in the morning or before you watch the video.
