Aquatic workouts aim to improve all the components of fitness: muscular endurance and strength,
body composition, aerobic capacity, and flexibility or joint mobility, as well as improving neuromuscular coordination.











Jane Walker
Jane is an AEA certified Aquatics Fitness Professional, licensed Zumba Speciality Instructor and certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. Â Jane joined Fluid Fitness’s schedule this summer!

Michelle Viera
Michelle has been teaching water aerobics since 2004 and started Fluid Fitness back in 2014. Â She has a B.A. in Exercise, Sports and Health Studies from the University of Texas in Arlington, has numerous certifications, including AEA Water Aerobics Instructor.

There will be no planned classes in August. Classes will resume after Labor Day.
