Jane is an AEA certified Aquatics Fitness Professional, licensed Zumba Speciality Instructor and certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. Jane joined Fluid Fitness’s schedule this summer!
Michelle has been teaching water aerobics since 2004 and started Fluid Fitness back in 2014. She has a B.A. in Exercise, Sports and Health Studies from the University of Texas in Arlington, has numerous certifications, including AEA Water Aerobics Instructor.
