A Class for All Fitness Levels


What does it take to keep fit and healthy when you have responsibilities on your shoulders and less time to focus on yourself?  It takes support from peers and the commitment to show up and work hard.  Join my multi-level fitness class to get it done!

5:45 a.m. until 6:45 a.m.

This class will focus on lifting challenging weights and cardio endurance and/or drills to keep your body in shape and able to tackle daily function with ease.

You’ll need:

Reflector/flashlight for walking/running

Resistance band

Challenging hand weights

Exercise Mat

Drinking water
