Body Positive Bootcamp is a multi-level fitness class held on
Tuesdays and Thursdays
from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m.
in the parking lot of Lindo’s in Devonshire.
(Do you need to be finished earlier? No problem! I have some people who start at 5:45 a.m. with core work so they are finished by 6:45 a.m.)
All fitness levels are encouraged to come! We are not competitive, but do like a good workout!
You will need an exercise mat, hand weights and reflective gear/lights.
The next term starts on January 15th and runs for 6-weeks, $180.
Short on time? Want to get your workout done after you drop the kids off at school, or before you start your day? Do you want to do cardio on your own but need help with doing the weight training? I’ve got the perfect solution.
Stop by the NSC for a 30-minute, full-body strength training class. All levels of fitness are welcome. I offer modifications to make it suit your needs, whether you want more challenge or less challenge. Turn this workout into an hour by adding your walk, run, swim (I can suggest more ideas!) before or after the class.
You will need a set of weights, resistance band, exercise mat.

Sunday Morning Bootcamp
The theme for this term is all about skiing. Whether you are planning a trip to the snow-covered Alps or staying in tropical Bermuda, we’ll have fun getting your legs and core strong. *Disclaimer: this class WILL NOT teach you how to ski 😆
